NOTICE OF REOPENING OF THE UNIVERSITY AND IMPORTANT ACADEMIC DEADLINESI am directed to inform all academic and administrative staff, students and the wider University community that the University will officially reopen on Monday, 12 October 2026, for the resumption of academic activities.In preparation for the reopening, the following directives and deadlines must be strictly observed: Publication of Outstanding Examination Results – Friday , 16 October 2026 All Deans, Heads of Departments and relevant academic staff are hereby directed to ensure that all outstanding examination results are processed, approved and published no later than Friday 16 October 2026. This directive is mandatory, and all responsible officers are expected to ensure full compliance.*Resumption of Academic Operations All academic and administrative staff are expected to resume their duties on Monday, 12 October 2026, and ensure the smooth commencement of teaching, learning and other University activities.Deans, Directors and Heads of Departments are requested to bring this notice to the attention of all staff and students under their supervision and ensure strict adherence to the stated deadlines.The University Administration looks forward to the cooperation of all members of the University community in ensuring a smooth and productive resumption of academic activities.
